If you just ate a whole block of cheese and a whole bag of crackers, I suggest you skip the dairy yogurt and go with the nuts. That includes coconut.
It doesn’t taste like dairy yogurt, but it’s delicious in its own way. Light because it has less protein and Americans are known for overdosing protein, which isn’t healthy.
If you haven’t eaten a lot of cheese, I would go for greek yogurt. It’s my favorite.
Add some figs or anything you like, voila, perfect snack.
